Choose between a stained glass or mosaic workshop for your private event. Once you’ve selected your workshop type, choose the project collection that best fits your group. All materials, tools, and instruction are included.
Classic Collection
$55 per Person
Choose up to three designs from our collection, and each guest can select their favorite. Whether you choose stained glass or mosaics, these beginner-friendly projects are fun, approachable, and leave everyone with a beautiful handmade piece.

FAQ
Are There Age Requirements?
Yes—participants must be 16 years or older to attend our stained glass group events.
For mosaics we allow 9 years and up with parent guidence.
What Should I Wear?
For safety, please wear closed-toe shoes and clothing that covers your torso and lap. This helps protect you from glass shards and hot solder during the process.
Do I Need Any Experience?
Not at all! Our private workshops are designed with beginners in mind. We’ll guide your group through every step, and all tools and materials are provided.
Can I book a private event for just two people?
Yes! While our standard private events require a minimum of four participants, we may be able to accommodate groups of two or three during our regular business hours. Please give us a call, and we’ll be happy to discuss availability.
Can we have food and Drinks?
For your safety, food is not permitted during private workshops. Because we work with glass and lead, we want to minimize the risk of accidentally ingesting glass dust or lead residue. Guests are welcome to bring beverages in closed, spill-resistant containers with lids to help keep the workspace clean and safe.
How many people can attend a private event?
We can accomidate 12 people comforably.
Can some guests make stained glass while others make mosaics?
To keep instruction organized and ensure everyone progresses together, all participants will create the same type of artwork during the workshop. Your group may choose either a stained glass workshop or a mosaic workshop, but the two cannot be combined within the same private event.
Can everyone make a different project?
To keep your event running smoothly, the event organizer will choose up to three available designs before the workshop. Each guest can then select their favorite from those options. For custom events, everyone will create the custom design selected for the group unless otherwise arranged.
How long do private workshops last?
Most private workshops last approximately 1 to 3 hours, depending on the project selected and the size of your group.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
Private Event Policies
To provide the best experience for your group, please review our private event policies before booking.
- Minimum Group Size: Private events require a minimum of 4 paid participants.
- Event Organizer: Each event must have one designated organizer who will serve as our primary point of contact, select projects, confirm the final guest count, and coordinate event details.
- Final Guest Count & Project Selection: Your final guest count and project selections must be submitted at least 7 days before your event.
- Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date.
- Rescheduling: Events may be rescheduled up to 7 days before the event date, subject to availability.
- Cancellations: Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable due to materials and preparation reserved specifically for your group.
- Custom Designs: Custom design fees are non-refundable once design work has begun.
- Smaller Groups: Looking for a creative date or a workshop for two or three people? We may be able to accommodate smaller groups during our regular business hours by appointment. Please contact us to discuss availability.
