What is Open Studio?
Open Studio gives stained glass artists and crafters access to our workspace, tools, and creative community. Whether you’re finishing a project started in class or working on something entirely your own, you’ll have a dedicated place to create.
Open Studio is designed for individuals who already understand basic stained glass safety and techniques. This is not a class.

Don’t want to bring your materials? No problem. Materials are available for purchase in studio.
*Orientation to Open Studio is Required before participating in open studio. This is a one time 30min orientation that allows you to get familiar with the studio and our procedures.

Do I need prior stained glass experience?
What's the difference between Assisted and Unassisted Studio Time?
Do I need to reserve studio time in advance?
Yes. Studio space is limited, so all Open Studio sessions must be scheduled in advance to ensure workspace and equipment are available.
Do I need to bring my own supplies?
You’re welcome to bring your own glass and materials, or purchase supplies from our studio. Access to studio tools and equipment is included with your Open Studio time.
Can I work on projects that weren't started at Lokovich Art Studio?
Absolutely! Open Studio is available for personal projects regardless of where they were started, provided you have the experience needed to work safely and independently.
What if I get stuck on my project?
No problem! You can schedule Assisted Studio Time whenever you need extra guidance, technique help, or a second opinion on your project. We’re here to help you succeed.
