FAQ
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. We require a 30% deposit on all custom projects, repairs, and restoration work. The deposit allows us to purchase materials and reserve time in our production schedule. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has begun.
How is the final price determined?
Our pricing is based on the labor required and the materials used for your project. We provide a quote range before work begins and strive to keep projects within the estimated cost whenever possible.
Can the final cost exceed the quoted amount?
No. We will not exceed the approved quote range unless project changes are requested or unforeseen issues are discovered. If additional work is needed, we will always contact you first to discuss options and receive approval before moving forward.
Do you work within a specific budget?
Absolutely. If you have a budget you’d like to stay within, we encourage you to share it early in the process. We can often recommend design, material, or restoration options that help achieve your goals while staying within your budget.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is due when your project is completed and ready for pickup or shipment. Full payment must be received before any stained glass piece can leave the studio.
Do you offer payment plans?
In some cases, yes. Payment arrangements may be available depending on the size and scope of the project. Please discuss your needs with us during the planning stage so we can determine what options may be available.
Do you offer shipping?
Yes. We carefully package and ship stained glass projects throughout the United States. All shipments are packed with care and have optional insurance to help protect your artwork during transit.
How long will my project take?
Project timelines vary depending on the complexity of the work and our current workload. Once your project is officially commissioned, we’ll provide an estimated timeframe and keep you updated throughout the process. Rush services may be available for select projects based on our workload. Rushed services will incur additional costs.
