Custom work feels risky when you haven’t done it before. It shouldn’t. Here’s how we remove the doubt.
"What if it doesn't match my vision?"
We create detailed sketches and refine them with you until the design feels right. You can request revisions during the design phase, and fabrication does not begin until the final design is approved.
"How long will this really take?"
TypicaCustom stained glass projects are completed on a first-come, first-served basis, and timelines depend on our current workload. Once your project is officially commissioned and approved, we will provide an estimated completion timeframe and keep you updated throughout the process.
"What if something goes wrong?"
Every piece is carefully inspected before it leaves our studio. For shipped projects, we fully insure the package during transit to help protect your artwork every step of the way. If something goes wrong and its our fault, we will make it 100% right.
"How much will this actually cost?"
We provide transparent pricing based on size, glass selection, and design complexity. You’ll receive a detailed quote before work begins with no hidden fees or surprise charges. If any adjustments to the project affect pricing, we will communicate them clearly and give you the opportunity to approve the changes or discuss alternative options before moving forward.
"Will it be installed correctly?"
We offer professional installation for local projects or carefully packaged shipping for out-of-area clients. With years of stained glass experience, we make sure your piece is prepared and handled with care.
"What if I change my mind?"
You’re welcome to make changes during the design phase while we refine the artwork together. A 30% deposit reserves your project and becomes non-refundable once materials are ordered or fabrication begins. If you decide the design is not the right fit during the planning stage, you may cancel before production starts at no charge.

We hand-fabricate your piece in our studio. We handle delivery and installation, or ship it to you.

What determines the price?
Pricing is based on the size of the piece, design complexity, glass selection, and installation requirements. We provide a quote range to help account for any unexpected costs that may arise during the process.
We will never exceed the approved estimate without first communicating with you and discussing available alternatives. Any price changes must be approved by the client before additional work proceeds.
What's included in the price?
How do payment plans work?
We require 30% upfront to start the project and the remaining 70% on completion. For larger commissions we’re flexible — just ask. If you need to make payments please communicate before hand no piece will leave the studio untiul the balance is paid in full
What if the final design isn't perfect?
Revisions during the design phase are unlimited. We’ll continue refining the design until you are completely satisfied. If you decide the design is not the right fit, there is no obligation to move forward with fabrication. Once the final design is approved, we begin creating your piece.
Can you ship the piece, or do you install it?
We offer both options. Professional installation can be included in your quote upon request, or we can carefully ship the finished piece directly to you with full installation instructions included.
Shipping costs are more difficult to estimate early in the process, as stained glass shipping rates vary based on the size and weight of the piece, as well as the packing materials required to ensure it arrives safely.
Is any project too big or too small?
We welcome projects of nearly every size — from small personalized pieces to large architectural installations. Custom commissions begin at $50, and we’re happy to provide options that help align your project with your budget while maintaining quality craftsmanship.
Our studio is equipped to create everything from transom windows to large church commissions. Every large-scale piece is designed with longevity in mind, using proper reinforcement, support, and fabrication techniques to ensure it remains beautiful for generations.
