WORKING WITHIN A BUDGET
Have a number in mind? Tell us.
A lot of our clients come to us with a budget in mind — and we get it. We’ll always be honest about what’s possible at your price point, and what trade-offs are involved. Sometimes the answer is a partial repair now, with the rest later. Sometimes it’s a different glass match. We’ll tell you straight.
We're upfront about what each option means for the finished piece.
We'll give the options at your price point
No surprise charges - we as before we work
Phased work is welcome for larger piece with prior communication
HOW IT WORKS
From first call to finished piece.
A simple, four-step process. We’ll walk you through every decision and never start work without your approval.
01
Tell us about it
Submit the form or call us. Send a few photos if you have them. We’ll set up a time to evaluate it in person — that’s the only way to give an accurate quote.
02
Free in-person quote
Bring it to the studio or schedule an on-site visit. We’ll examine the damage, talk through your options, and give you a written quote — no obligation.
03
Approve & deposit
Once you approve the quote, a 30% non-refundable deposit reserves your place in our queue. We work first-come, first-served and keep you posted on timing.
04
Restored & returned
We complete the work in our Ozark studio, then arrange pickup, delivery, or on-site reinstallation. Final balance due on completion.
HOW IT WORKS
Bring it in,
or we’ll come to you.
Some pieces travel just fine — others (large windows, installed transoms, fragile antiques) shouldn’t move at all. We work both ways.
In Studio
Drop your piece off at our Ozark studio. Best for lamps, art panels, and most loose windows. No additional fee.
On Site
We come to you. Best for installed windows, large panels, and antiques that shouldn’t be moved. Additional travel fee based on location.
HOW IT WORKS
Turn around — 2 weeks to a few months.
We work first-come, first-served and won’t rush a delicate piece. Timing depends on the scale of the repair and our current workload. We’ll give you a realistic estimate when you approve your quote.
~ 2 weeks
SMALLER REPAIRS
Single cracks, lamp panel replacements, suncatchers, simple solder repairs.
4 – 8 weeks
MEDIUM REPAIRS
Multi-piece replacements, partial re-leading, lamp shade rebuilds.
2 – 6 months
FULL RESTORATIONS & REPAIRS
Single cracks, lamp panel replacements, suncatchers, major solder repairs.
Glass Matching
We match the glass to the best of our ability.
For most pieces we can find a near-perfect match in our inventory or through trusted suppliers. For older pieces — especially antique church windows — some original glass is no longer manufactured. When a perfect match isn’t possible, we tell you up front and walk you through the closest options.
Modern Pieces: We typically match exactly or very close.
Antique & historical pieces: we source the closest available glass and explain trade-offs.
You see samples first: we'll bring options for your approval before cutting.

Common Questions
Before you book.
Don’t see your question? Call us at 417-582-9274
How much will my repair cost?
Repairs range from as low as $15 for a small fix all the way up into the thousands for a full antique restoration. Our labor rate is $60/hour, plus the cost of materials. The only way to give you an accurate price is to see the piece in person, which is why our quotes are always free.
Is the Quote Really Free?
Yes. Bring your piece into the studio or send us photos and we’ll give you a free written estimate with no obligation. For on-site evaluations, there’s a small travel fee depending on your location — we’ll confirm before scheduling.
Anywhere from about 2 weeks for smaller repairs to a few months
How long will it take?
Anywhere from about 2 weeks for smaller repairs to a few months for full restorations. Timing depends on the scope of the project and our current workload — we work first-come, first-served. You’ll get a realistic time estimate when you approve your quote.
Why 30% deposit?
The 30% non-refundable deposit reserves your place in our queue and covers initial materials and glass sourcing. It’s how we make sure projects move forward and our calendar stays accurate. The remaining balance is due on completion.
Can you match my exact glass?
For modern pieces, almost always. For older or antique pieces, the original glass may no longer be manufactured. In those cases we source the closest available match and walk you through the options — you’ll always see samples and approve before we cut anything.
Do you garuntee your work?
We stand behind every repair we do. If something we worked on fails due to our craftsmanship, we’ll make it right. We’ll go over our specific terms when you approve your quote.
